Easy Baked Grapefruit
This easy baked grapefruit recipe is a delicious healthy treat, perfect for breakfast or brunch. Featuring just three ingredients, this citrus dessert is definitely one to check out.
- 1 grapefruit, halved
- 1-2 tsp. brown sugar per side
- sprinkle cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a pan with parchment paper.
Cut a grapefruit in half, and gently cut around each section of the grapefruit.
Sprinkle the brown sugar on each side making sure it's evenly coated.
Sprinkle a light layer cinnamon on top of each side.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the grapefruit is heated through and the sugar is caramelized.
