Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Measure the spices and mix well.
  2. Coat the ribs on all sides.

Notes

  • This will coat one large rack of ribs. This recipe can easily be modified for larger quantities.
