What ingredients do you need to make monster cookie greek yogurt?

  • Greek yogurt — this protein-packed yogurt makes a great base for this recipe. You can also use Icelandic Skyr, which has more protein than the Greek yogurt! I will use whichever I can find easily at my local supermarket.
  • Powdered peanut butter — powdered peanut butter is a lower-calorie, more protein dense product than traditional peanut butter. It also serves as a great flavor enhancer in most recipes and mixes especially well into yogurt. Two of the major brands are PB2 and PBFit, and you can find them both at most grocery stores.
  • Rolled oats — a small amount of oats adds more texture to these oats. You can add even more oats if you would like!
  • Chocolate protein powder — this adds even more protein and cookie flavor to the yogurt
  • Toppings: Granola, chocolate chips, and M and Ms — these toppings add both texture and flavor to the yogurt. A sprinkle of each goes a long way, but feel free to add more if you prefer!

How to make monster cookie yogurt

The process to make this monster cookie greek yogurt is pretty easy, but I do like to mix the powder ingredients in first, to make sure they dissolve thoroughly.

  1. Mix the peanut butter powder, chocolate protein powder, oats, and greek yogurt together.
  2. Mix well until all of the powder is dissolved.
  3. Add the toppings and mix again.
  4. Enjoy!
