Ingredients for this easy yogurt fruit dip recipe

  • Greek yogurt — you can use any brand of Greek yogurt. I used plain Chobani for this recipe, and it tasted great!
  • Honey — this natural sweetener pairs so well with the Greek yogurt.
  • Vanilla — a splash of vanilla adds a beautiful, warm flavor this greek yogurt fruit dip

This fruit dip features whole-food ingredients, which makes this a lower calorie, higher protein, and healthier option than many store bought fruit dips. The entire bowl of dip has under 140 calories and 11 grams of protein (calculated using MyFitnessPal and Chobani fat free yogurt).

How to make and style this dip

This fruit dip is so easy to make. Combine the ingredients, mix, and serve!

I love to pair this recipe with colorful fruit options, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. You can place the greek yogurt in the center of a large plate and arrange the fruit around it. Another option is to put the fruit on skewers for another visually appealing and fun option. You can find bamboo, food-safe skewers at most grocery stores or online. I easily found skewers at my local grocery store. I love the shorter skewers for these fruit kebab appetizers.
